The Addigy team hopes you’ve had a great start to the second quarter. 2018 is proving to be a very busy and gratifying year. We've been working diligently to continue providing the very best cloud-based management and service delivery experience for Apple Devices. As such, we are excited to walk you through some quick updates regarding our latest release.
Unified Apple Device Management
The time has finally come to announce that our most requested feature, Mobile Device Management, is now fully supported by our platform. Addigy users can now service both MacOS and iOS devices from the same place, creating a consistent computing environment across multiple locations and varying device types. Start leveraging Addigy to manage and service mobile devices in three easy steps:
To activate MDM, head over to Policies > Policy > Integrations and select Mobile Device Management (MDM) Beta Integration. Once there, enter your preferred Display Name, Company Name and Description for this Mobile Device Management Profile.
Copy the MDM profile installation link from the policy you want the device to appear in, or use the root MDM Profile Installer and send it to the device via email or chat, logging into Addigy from the device, or your preferred installation method.
Installing Mobile Device Management
To keep your support and service workflows intuitive and consistent, we made creating and deploying custom MDM profiles just as easy as it is for your Mac portfolio. Addigy users can begin leveraging the following MDM payloads right away:
iOS MDM Configurations
Mac MDM Configurations
Deploying a "Single App Lock" configuration

- Policy and Device Logs
- Dashboards and Reports
- Audits Scheduling and Alerts
- Resetting Passwords
For AutoTask integration customers, we added an option to sync Addigy device names with AutoTask reference names. A number of minor bugs have also been fixed in this release.
We want to give a big thanks to our amazing Addigy users for contributing such great feedback regarding this release, as well as our MDM beta testers for their continued support. Because of you, we continue to be a little better than we were yesterday.
